By creating an account, accessing, or using Roostrr (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, providing additional notice via email or dashboard notifications.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Roostrr utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to provide voice and text capabilities. By using the Service, you acknowledge the following:

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonate any person or entity without their consent (e.g., non-consensual voice cloning).
• Engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of Roostrr.
• Use the Service for high-volume automated calling (robocalling) in violation of local telecommunications laws.

Certain features of the Service are subject to fees. We utilize secure third-party payment processors for billing.

• Subscription Terms: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Usage Limits: Plans may have limits on voice minutes or concurrent widgets. Overages may result in service interruption or additional charges as outlined in your plan details.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support if you believe you have been billed incorrectly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roostrr and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; or
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
